Restocking Fees

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@starlightgiftshaven.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to proceed. Please note: Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, reach out to us immediately at contact@starlightgiftshaven.com so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Note: Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
For exchanges, the fastest option is to return your item and then make a new purchase after the return is approved.
Refund Process

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7 days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
